Market Research - involves analyzing property trends, prices, and market conditions. It includes gathering data on properties, neighborhoods, and market dynamics to support informed decisions for buyers, sellers, or investors in the real estate industry.
Valuation/ Brokers Price Opinion- involves assessing the value of properties based on market trends, comparable sales, and property characteristics. This role helps clients understand the potential worth of real estate assets for buying, selling, or investment purposes.
